My friend’s mails were always late and sometimes they don’t get to reach her house, it is because their mailman is not familiar with their place that is why often times he delivers the letter on others mailboxes. One time Claudine, my friend, did not receive the letter that she was supposed to receive that day. The letter has important documents on it and she really the documents to finish the company’s annual report. Unfortunately the mailman again dropped the letter on the other residential mailboxes, it took her a week to figure out who got the letter, and lucky for her she was never given a sanction or reprimand for passing the report late.

She does not want that thing to happen again because she thought that the next time it would happen she will not be that lucky, so she made a commercial mailboxes for herself, the mailing address was her company’s address so there is no way that her letters would not reached her. It was a really clever idea because now the letters are delivered to her on time. She never again had a problem in receiving letter or mails because her mailing address is easier to find.
