For the past few weeks, I’ve been trying my best to lose weight. I’ve been going to the gym for twice a week. I also tried playing badminton to lose those extra calories. I also reduced eating food with empty calories like junkfood and softdrinks. Even got to the extent of eating only oatmeal for days (I only lasted for two days). Although I only lost 2 pounds in the process, I’m still hoping that I’ll lose all those unecessary weight eventually.
