This coming month my friends and I are planning to go to Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. They say that it is one of the best tourist destinations in South Carolina because of its beautiful coastlines, resorts and of course because it is the second largest barrier island in the country’s east coast. We are all very excited because it is our first time to go to South Carolina.

For preparation one my friends asked for a reservation in a resort that offers cheap Hilton Head rentals. He said that the reservation that he got is from one of the top resorts in Hilton Head Island (well we just wish its really a “top resort”). I also do prepare for it as well, I actually bought some swimsuits and board shorts for me to use at the beach. Oh, I’m so excited!

My friend Kaleen works as a consultant in an advertising firm. She is part of the travel team. Her team handles and specializes on advertisements about airlines or bus companies and even package trips or tours given by different transportation companies. Her job of course requires a lot of traveling that is why she enjoys it a lot.

Once she was given the task to make a good advertisement for a cruise liner. The promo was about cheaper deals for European cruises. She felt really excited because it is her first time to go on a cruise and it is free. The videos needed for the advertisement would highlight the amenities of the cruise ship as well the cruise’s destination so of course her whole team would go to a two weeks trip to explore Europe.

My associate and I are going to Las Vegas for a business conference regarding one of the upcoming projects in our company. I can’t help but be excited since it has been a long time since I have gone to vegas. What’s more exciting is that we get to spend two nights in one of those fantastic vegas hotels for free.

I know that this is a business conference, but hey, who ever said that you can’t mix business with pleasure?

I heard another bad news today. A friend of mine (a college buddy) is going away to move to new zealand. It turned out that she finally found “the one”. She met him during one of her seminars. They went out to dinner and apparently hit it off. She’d only known him for a few months now but they’re getting married next week already.

The guy has a job in new zealand. He has signed a contract there for two more years, so they had no choice but to move there as soon as they wed. Luckily, there are a lot of jobs new zeland can offer, so finding a job for herself is not a problem. I’m really happy for her though I’m a little sad because I’m not going to see her often.

I really enjoy vacation trips with my family especially during summer because we often spend our time at beaches and pools. Every year we go to the beach to take a rest and spend some quality time together. This year we went to a beach that my cousin has visited before. We were all before excited, unfortunately my cousin forgot the way to the beach so we got a bit lost making as all very hungry and others a bit cranky.

We stayed in an excellent centrally located small Zurich hotel. Walking distance from Central Station buses/trains. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Helpful, friendly staff, with all the facilities you really need. Good value, although at full price rooms are expensive. Didn’t have time to try breakfast (were leaving to ahotel in Rome the day later) but minibar and lobby bar drinks were sensibly priced. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Zurich on business or for pleasure. Also when we went about a month later we used Europe Cities services to book a hotel in Barcelona. We were also happy and enjoyed our stay very much.

Some people dream of traveling in Europe. I can name a lot of people who would probably die just to be able to live there. Anyway, if ever you’d get the chance to go to this wonderful place, I suggest that you first learn of the places that you would like to travel to. There are lots of tourist attractions here and deciding on the spot what places to go can make a person crazy.
