My cousin is really getting on my nerves. First, she asked me to buy her a flash drive for a Christmas present. Now, she’s asking me to buy her things for her assignment in school. At first, I didn’t mind. Actually, helping her was really okay with me. What irritates me is that she also expects me to be the one to actually buy the things for her. Giving money was one thing, but looking for the requirement is another (especially if I don’t have any idea what she’s looking for).

Like for example today, she called me that she needed a level switch, a float switch and a temperature switch. I know what a switch is, but when it comes to special switches, let’s just say it isn’t my cup of tea. Good thing there’s the internet. I found a site which sells this stuff online (Thank God) and asked them to deliver the switches directly to my cousin’s house. You see, even though it irritates me, I still wanted to help. My cousin owes me big time though.

Literature is the subject that I hate the most. I really am not that fond of reading poems and stories that is why my imagination is not that wide for writing such. So when I was in college I really had a hard time in making poems. It was our requirement in our English 3 class which us particularly Basic English and Spanish literature. I hate it so much that sometimes I do not attend my classes. I really am not that fond of reading or listening to such writings. Once I was actually having a hard time in writing one so searched the net and found out about literature mailers.

It is quite good, discovering this kind of thing. They mail you some literature pieces which were made by pretty good literary writers. The time when our professor asked us to pass a poem about what the world is for us, I immediately inquired of there services. A day after I inquired, I already received the poem about the said topic. When I passed the poem my professor was amazed though he never suspected that some other person did it. I do know that cheating is bad but I would rather do it because I do not want to be scolded by parents when I fail the subject.

When I was in high school I really had a lot of research works. It was really very tiring because you have to do a lot of reading and editing for your research to pass. It was also very costly because you have to print more than a thousand pages each time you do the editing. My mom one time really got angry because she has to buy the ink for the printer every week. I have to even break my piggy bank to buy a new cartridge for the printer. That research really was a headache. I searched some advertisements at the net for cheaper ink. Really desperate to save some of my allowance I tried using laser toner for my printer.

It is really cheap and you can print more than 17,000 pages just form one ink cartridge. It was such a relief to find such thing. It lasted for about two months and I really saved a lot of money. As for my research, well it won first place at the science fair. My mom was very proud of me. Carried away by her happiness she gave 500 bucks. I used the money to buy a pair of jeans, some shirts and another cartridge of ink. Well I am just preparing for another research paper.

I have a cousin who lives in Arizona and is about to graduate from high school. She’s still undecided on what course to take and what college to go to. I told her that there are lots of colleges out there and that she needs to decide fast because she will be graduating soon. After a lot of thinking, she told me that she wanted to take up Visual Arts and Design because she is great in arts and is very imaginative. I told her that visual arts is okay since there are lots of jobs that requires a visual arts and design graduate (especially in advertising and in the entertainment industry). The only problem is what college she should attend to.

We let her decide what school she wanted to attend. As a family, we make it a point that they learn to decide for themselves (with our guidance of course). She told us that she wanted to attend a school that would not only help her learn the skills but will also help her gain the experience or hands on training. She also told us that she wanted to enter a school that is also in Arizona so that she would still stay with her family (they are really very close). After some inquiries in some schools and a lot of searching online, she came up with this URL, http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/careers-600461-Collins_College. It turns out that this college also offers professional guidance and support. It’s also a good thing that the school is situated in Arizona. My cousin’s decision is not yet final but this school will definitely be one of her options.
