This coming month my friends and I are planning to go to Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. They say that it is one of the best tourist destinations in South Carolina because of its beautiful coastlines, resorts and of course because it is the second largest barrier island in the country’s east coast. We are all very excited because it is our first time to go to South Carolina.

For preparation one my friends asked for a reservation in a resort that offers cheap Hilton Head rentals. He said that the reservation that he got is from one of the top resorts in Hilton Head Island (well we just wish its really a “top resort”). I also do prepare for it as well, I actually bought some swimsuits and board shorts for me to use at the beach. Oh, I’m so excited!

My friend Kaleen works as a consultant in an advertising firm. She is part of the travel team. Her team handles and specializes on advertisements about airlines or bus companies and even package trips or tours given by different transportation companies. Her job of course requires a lot of traveling that is why she enjoys it a lot.

Once she was given the task to make a good advertisement for a cruise liner. The promo was about cheaper deals for European cruises. She felt really excited because it is her first time to go on a cruise and it is free. The videos needed for the advertisement would highlight the amenities of the cruise ship as well the cruise’s destination so of course her whole team would go to a two weeks trip to explore Europe.

Who doesn’t like traveling? A time to enjoy, unwind and discover new places and things. For this summer there are surely a lot of travel deals being offered like trips for the Caribbean, Europe or any country that you may want to visit. The city of Orlando Florida has lots of tourist attractions. This includes the Walt Disney World Resort, Univeral Orlando Resort , and SeaWorld. Although these are only three destinations, you’ll probably enjoy your vacation in Florida.

The Universal Orlando Resort is enough to make you gaga over Orlando vacations. The resort has two different theme parks: Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida. You can also enjoy the nightlife here where you can dine, shop and enjoy citywalk events.

My boss is so cool. She is fun to be with and has always been approachable and friendly. This week, she gave us one more reason to love her. She bought new office furniture not for herself but for us.

We got new tables and chairs (those chairs who are usually for managers which are so comfortable). She also bought decorations to make the office look elegant and beautiful. We were really surprised on how well she managed to pick out all those stuff without hiring an interior designer.

Having a laptop is so much practical. You get to bring it anywhere which is more beneficial if you like to travel. It also looks more “business-like” and more elegant to look at as compared to desktop. Laptops are more fun because they even got special features like Bluetooth and built in speakers and webcam.

I’ve been using a laptop for almost a year now. I even got an HSDPA usb modem in order to connect to the internet anywhere I want. I’m really glad that I have one right now.

Our house was a wreck. There was a typhoon this week and our backyard was ruined (well, maybe just a little). Anyway, to make things worse, we don’t have tools like air tools, power tools, etc. It was just pathetic. We had to hire a carpenter to fix the it. I think its time to buy tools for the house, so that we don’t have to hire people to fix it when we can fix it ourselves. Its much more practical that way.
